Rated 5 out of 5 by from Omen Gaming Chair One of the best chairs I've bought. When the box was delivered it was exceptionally heavy, and I was having second thoughts about my purchase. But once assembled and I started using it, I realised the reason for the weight. The backrest literally stretches out into a close to a flat bed. The weight of the base is to provide the balance. I have actually slept on the chair it was that comfortable. Plus the backrest really provides great lumbar support. I have actually purchased two of these chairs. Highly recommend it.

It is comfortable, solid and well-built giving full support to the lower lumbar region and back. I was still feeling good four hours later. Highly recommended.

But this chair holds my weight no issues! Big and comfortable I never thought a gaming chair will fit me. Perfect chair, and great service from HP.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yes expensive..worth it? Absolutely I had my eye on this chair for a few months but it was quite expensive. With HP's student offer I managed to get it at a really good price so I was very happy. While trying to pick a suitable chair I had sat in quite a few at different stores and this was the only one where I immediately thought "yes..this is the one" Its definitely worth the price. Its extremely sturdy and made from very good quality materials and is very easy to assemble (Although I'd recommend getting a buddy to help as it is a very heavy chair). 5 stars!

I have never paid much attention on investing too much on computer chairs but eventually I got the Citadel and as soon as you finish assembling it and have a sit on it you will know why your money was fully worth it. This chair is big but its main focus is comfort to the user and providing that comfort it does brilliantly. Its built quality is superb and in comparison with other expensive chairs this one sits at a very nice balanced and affordable price tag. Great make by HP Omen team. Made me more efficient and less tired on sitting on the Citadel.
