Reliable Services and Devices for Staff and Customers

Kinepolis partnered with HP to support its IT management goals, ordering 1,000 EliteBook and Elite Mini devices for staff, plus 1,500 Engage POS terminal machines for ticketing, concessions, and scanning. Device selection was tailored to fit each location’s needs and preferred customer purchase methods.
 
The deployment used HP Device Provisioning Connect and Dynamic Configuration Service, alongside Microsoft Intune, to streamline setup and enable automatic updates. Devices are pre-imaged at the factory and shipped directly to theaters, reducing manual IT work and eliminating extra transport. This approach saves time, speeds delivery, and lowers the company’s carbon footprint.
