Seems well made.
This works well with my Spectre x360 - 13. For some reason the USB- 3.0 connector is not blue on mine but the tag and "SS" stamp verifies the 3.0 capability.

When a cheap one started failing I had to go for the high quality adapter-connector. It does seem overpriced.

Hello. Thanks for your question. The HP Laptop - 17-by3613dx does not have a USB C port. You can use a Universal USB Docking Station. Be sure the video ports that are on the monitors are also on the docking station, i.e., H.D.M.I.
