First mini computer
New mini desktop is working great and the small size saves a ton of space on my desk. The windows 11 is a vast improvement over my old windows 11. Still takes some getting used to format changes and layout, but old habits die hard. I find it unusual that this purchase came with a wired keyboard/mouse. That is so far past for a system like this. I expected wireless, but luckily I already had a set that I use with the new computer. It does have limited USB ports due to size of the computer so I did have to purchase a couple of expansion ports. With wireless Keyboard/mouse, wireless antenna and dual monitors all my ports would be have used up leaving no open ones for other use.

Bumpy Start, Terrific Finish
This is my 2nd one. Had issues with the 1st purchase. Had to return it. HP made me whole and quickly. No questions asked. Getting to the right Help Desk took a bit of a battle and waiting and dealing with AI prompts but I was made whole- worth the pain going thru that. I was treated well, the Help Desk even called me and returned my calls to ensure the 2nd PC was working as it should. The PC is nice, fast and boots up fast. Worth the price. Worth buying direct from HP as I did.
