HP 475 300-ml Chromatic Red Ink cartridge
When I inserted the cartridge into the printer, the printer could not find the ink cartridge. I have lots too much valuable time fighting the apparent lack of quality control at HP, and am still without a working ink cartridge for the printer. This is not the first time that I have purchased HP products, including workstations and laptops - yet almost everyone did not work upon arrival. The first case took over a month for HP to fix the workstation, which seriously impedes my work. So, I find it extremely difficult to recommend HP products -- the good-ole'-days of HP quality seem to have disappeared decades ago.

All 6 cartridges I bought give an error message. Purchased some from another supplier and having no issues. I have done some research and found that many others have this same issue. Please be cautious about buying from HP direct...not sure why their ink direct from them is doing this but we just wasted over $600 on ink we can't use.

All 6 cartridges I bought give an error message. Purchased some from another supplier and having no issues. I have done some research and found that many others have this same issue. Please be cautious about buying from HP direct...not sure why their ink direct from them is doing this but we just wasted over $600 on ink we can't use.

Always very happy with the quality of these ink cartridges. They are really the only ones we can use for our color plotter. We love the next day shipping option, but really wish they were no so expensive,and lasted a little longer, the price is the only complaint we have.
