I have been purchasing my ink from HP for the last several cartridges. I have been very pleased with the service and products received. In the past, I have utilized 3rd party vendors for this purpose. However, I noticed that approximately 1/2 the warranty period had already been exhausted on the cartridges upon receipt. In my case that is important because I may not use all my color inks up before they are out of warranty. Purchasing directly from HP I don’t experience that issue. I normally receive them with close to 2 years or greater warranty remaining. Thanks HP!

Constant Problems! HP Z3200
Every time I replace an ink cartridge on the HP Z3200, it says that a printhead needs to be replaced. Then when I replace a print head it uses up another ink cartridge and says the cartridge needs to be replaced. Then when I replace the cartridge it says another printhead has to be replaced. This vicious cycle never stops! I’ve now spent hundreds of dollars on printheads and ink cartridges and it still will not print!

I own Designjet Z3200ps Photo it calls for HP 70. Try to replace the cartridge and it doesn't fit, had to remove the bottom adaptor from the old cartridge and attached to the new one.
The printer did not reconized the cartridge.purchased same cartridges from different vendor(Staples) same thing

Worked as expected
If buying this product elsewhere, it is wise to ensure you are not purchasing expired cartridges. There are re-sellers that will sell old cartridges that are long past their expiration date.

The GOOD, the bad, ain't no ugly:)
Being able to buy direct has great advantages for us. A fixed pricing structure and no more short dated ink. Quality is a given. Sometimes we have orders that have a predominant color and we can get low on ink, but with overnight shipping available at no cost it is not an emergency. We wish all colors of printheads were available immediately.

Can't beat the quality.
This printer is terrific. It's not cheap to operate, but you can't beat the quality of its output. Being able to print on all the different substrates is also great. It does wonderful work on canvas, besides, photo paper, and all the others.

This is the second blue cartridge that you sent me and my printer will not print blue color. What do I do. I did the maintainc e, clean, alignment etc. still not printing blue
