Rated 1 out of 5 by R Ram from DO NOT BUY! Horrible performance. Firstly when I ordered it I specifically selected 12GB RAM. It shipped with 8GB instead. To make things worse, when the computer is on and no apps are running, 80% of the RAM is used. Contacted HP support and they *generously* offered to take it back (minus 15% restocking), and to charge DOUBLE to get the exact one except with 12GB RAM instead. Waste of money. Be warned.

It works great for everything we need, and the screen size is perfect. We’ve been so happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-use laptop.

Although I am not tech-savvy and I thought I bought the Word, Excel, etc included in the package (because it said Microsoft something or other) and those applications (Word, Excel) were not included.
