New life to a work horse
Used the kit after 175,000 plus printed jobs and the prints now are clear and sharp. Eliminated all the ghosting and other artifacts we were getting when using this printer. The kit came with all the necessary parts to make that happen. Watching the online videos were prior to doing the actual work were very helpful.

Feels like a scam
The maintenance kit did not resolve the issue, still getting error messages which won't go away and which i have been advised by HP tech to ignore. $300+ for the kit, $100+ for tech support and no real help. The machine is out of support so not getting much real help. only solution is to buy new machine. and i should consider another HP??? Not so sure! This entire experience was expensive and painful and HP did not provide good support.
