Slow, noisy & expensive to run - now unreliable
I bought this machine nine months ago. As expected the supplied toner cartridges didn't last long but neither did the full size replacement ones (cost more than the printer). When the machine works colour reproduction is a bit odd but just about acceptable. However, it now shows "error 79" and I cannot find out how to resolve that. Sometimes when I send a Word file to print I get a blank page but if I first convert to a pdf the machine works and prints.
This is my third and last HP. The first two died just outside warranty so I bought a different B&W printer that was lovely but I wanted a colour printer. This one is a failure.
