Rated 3 out of 5 by from Inadequate RAM I had wanted a 32 Gb RAM but couldn't get it for this desktop. I installed the Dropbox which I use for my work and immediately had a problem with the system freezing particularly during playing of videos. Surfing the net I have been given to believe that where there is a lot of data on Dropbox, the CPU usage is very heavy. I am sure that this is creating the problem and would like the RAM in the desktop increased. I had to uninstall Dropbox. Incidentally, my laptop a HP Pavilion has no problem and works fine with my Dropbox even though it has a 16GB RAM.
