Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality. HP must be sorry for that. I would have given 0 stars if I had the option for. This printer is totally irritating product. Poor cartridge economy. The cartridge hardly lasts a few pages. Also, I keep it in a highly clean environment but this printer makes sure to catch moisture and stop printing in monsoons. It literally makes steam out of the printer. Literally, HP became notorious for its unfortunate durability problems. Its high time that HP must work on its customer satisfaction.

I've followed all instruction provided by HP portal to resolve this issue but it hasn't sorted out. Really feels bad to buy this printer if printer is unable to perform it's basic features despite payment on time. No quality check and assurance. HP must replace this printer with new one.

duplex printing fecility?
