They will give one book or in telephone service for installation but our YouTube video is much better. We have to struggle ourselves after that if it won't work we have to call customer care and then they will guide in phone only still it won't work then only they will come for fixing all these days we have to waste our time and we can't return/cancel the product once purchased.

Difference between ink tank and smart tank & does ink dry up like previous printer if we dont print paper for long.

Hi Irfan, Thank You for showing interest in HP! Difference between Ink Tank and Smart Tank printer is of tanks. In Smart Tank printers, tanks for ink are integrated within the printer, wherein for Ink Tank printers, tanks for ink are situated outside of printer body. Both the printers have different printing speeds, varying with the models. At least one print per week is recommended to keep the ink from drying.
