Rated 1 out of 5 by from Received a dead Laptop and Horrible experience The entire purchasing experience with HP Store particularly through Savex Technologies, was dreadful. Savex has a reputation for sending faulty products, as evidenced by numerous negative reviews. Even my bank flagged their payment, which I regret overriding. I won't be shopping at the HP store again.
