I didn't face any issues with the laptop. I got a timely reminder for extension of warranty for the forth year. Confidence of HP in offering warranty for extended period of time talks volumes of the quality of the product. I got the warranty extended completely online. The extension process was very simple and quick.

I WAS FRUSTRATED DURING THIS JOURNEY. ALSO MY WARRANTY WAS NOT REFLECTED IN MY HP WEBSITE LOGIN, EVEN AFTER THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED.

To think that in this day and age of tech, when my street vegetable vendor can process payments instantaneously, but HP takes 21 to 30 days to process my payment for a care pack, it's unbelievable. It's just plain bullying tactics, which is so unfair on the customer. Lousy customer care is an understatement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 1-year Next Business Day Onsite Warranty Extension Very bad experience. I did an online renewal and it took 20 days for my laptop to start reflecting the renewal. Had to follow up multiple times with the teams to resolve this. And worst part is that HP has still renewed it from the date of expiry though I got it activated after 20 days.

Took me a month of follow-ups, emails and chats to get it. Customer care did not know what to respond or why the Certificate did not come to me. Kept asking same questions, which I had already replied to. Multiple levels of stupidity as HP. If required, please see my emails, and chat archive for review.
