Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not sure what i purchased I bought this care pack alongwith HP Probook 430 G5. On powering up the laptop and registering it, i noticed that the date of warranty is different than what i had purchased. I tried to register this care pack but i havent been able to do so, as i was informed that i need a code, which i havent received till now. I contacted support and the support provided was of no help at all. I still dont know what i purchased and i am fed up of contacting and running behind support, who dont seem to have their systems integrated and dont even try to understand the issue. Overall a very poor experience and will definitely avoid purchasing anything from HP in the future.
