Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad purchase Dear Sir Regret to say that I was disappointed with the supply. It could hardly give me 10 printed A-4 pages of printout. It has already dried out. I have been using the Deskjet HP printer F-2120 for almost 7/8 years with HP 21 Black Original Ink Cartridge and it had always given me a good service.All those times I had been purchasing from local market, but this time I placed an order directly with you and needless to say I am very much disappointed. Since I was not expecting this to happen, i have not kept original packing etc, for returning. Can you suggest any remedy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointing I have been using HP cartridges for a very long time. Over time, the price have gone up very steeply. Still I continue to use original HP cartridges. What I find very disappointing is that two cartridges purchased recently - one HP21 and the other HP22- both got exhausted very quickly. I do not use printer very frequently. I was given to understand that the cartridges would print approx. 199 pages but I noticed that the ink was over after about 100 pages. Unfortunately, I do not have the invoice no. etc. But I do hope based on my this note, the management would carry out some surprise checks.
