To recycle your HP or Samsung Toner Cartridges, you can drop cartridges off at HP designated collection location. For bulk returns of 10 or more toner cartridges a collection service can be requested free of charge.

What is HP’s position on exporting e-waste from developed to developing countries?

HP does not allow e-waste to be exported from developed countries (Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development and European Union) to developing countries (non-OECD countries outside the EU), either directly or through intermediaries.
