really happy with purchase
upgraded from my spectre bought in 2018. Best move. Graphics are crisp and clear, runs my data analysis software quickly, and easy for a non IT person to set up and having running. Best of all received the day after ordering.

Great Display!
Generally very happy with the product- it has a great display, no major glitches. I use with an external HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G2 with Audio which works fine, except the power up sequence is somewhat longer than what I had expected for such a device. Using Spectra 700 mouse with supplied USB dongle works better than when used with Bluetooth connection. Otherwise, looks and great.

This laptop was an update for a similar model which was 3 years old. The Spectre X360 was good enough to keep me coming back for 1 more. This new version is just as good

HP Spectre 13 inch screen
Very nice computer, though the screen is a little small after using a 15 inch. There is one USB and two USBC's so needed to buy adaptor. Initially I bought an expensive dock to have more ports and HDMI but discovered that the device is not compatible with HP so had to take it back to refund. Would have been a pain if that was an online purchase. Ended up with a Satechi which worked as did an Apple store adaptor which I borrowed. The sound doesn't automatically switch between the computer and external audio devices. Appears that it needs to be selected manually each time which is inconvenient. Have checked settings but can't see anything auto.

Nice laptop but couple of issues
Bought last week, after being on a xps13. The spectre x360 is nice, feels good, looks good, love the flip which is great for reading pdfs. There are a couple things that erk me though. The fans are quite loud and turn on even when i'm not doing any significant work, the heat from it is also high which forced me into investing in a cooling fan pad. The battery also seems to drain quite quick, i'm lucky to get to lunchtime working on it at my desk before the battery requires charging again. There is also a weird usb-c port issue, that when I plug in my external monitor via a usb-c to HDMI adapter it continually throws a 'port reset failed' error (every 20 secs or so) even though the 2nd screen work fines and has no issues with use. But the port continually keeps connecting/disconnecting and the noise is quite frustrating so I just turned off that notification - obviously that isn't a fix but I tried to reinstall the drivers making that noise but with no success of a fix.
Customer service was great, good price and arrived the next day.

Good business laptop
Stylish and beautiful design, powerful hardware, rather quiet machine. Wins against most competition.
Screen could be brighter and with wider viewing angles.
Frame could be a bit sturdier, to eliminate occasional creaking sounds when picked up and handled.
Keyboard would benefit from slightly longer key travel, more contoured / cupped keys, and tacky rubbery finish to help typing.

Great laptop, not good experience ordering pen
The laptop is really good, very snappy, fantastic service with delivery. What let down the whole experience was selecting one of the recommended accessories being a USI pen. Does not appear to work, cannot get a response on community forum. It should not be listed as a recommended pen if not compatible.
Now, what do I do with the expensive pen? And which pen really is compatible? Very hard to decipher. As well, I am in IT, not technologically challenged by any means.

Great laptop
Only used for a few weeks, but overall very happy with it. Great keyboard, and this new screen dimension is a winner. Does not come with stylus/pen even though pictured with one on website; and despite American release having this in box, which is disappointing given the price tag.

Disappointing camera
Everything is great - except for the webcam! It is incredibly grainy and blurry. During web meetings, it gives the appearance of a dark brown filter. For the price tag, and considering how commonplace online meetings now are, the camera quality is super disappointing. Will now need to purchase an external webcam to resolve this issue. Such a shame as the rest of the features are wonderful!

Not Happy with HP from
Overpriced
I purchased an iMac at the same time, cost less and works much better. I purchased the HP for my business it’s been two days and I’m still waiting for my emails to load. Doesn’t come with the pen or with the adapter for additional screens like it did last time. It’s also a little heavy and chunky. Not as good as the spectre 13 I purchased in 2018.

Old is Gold! Don't buy it!
Below my expectations. Smaller and same speed as my 2017 Spectre. EVO made no difference. Does not worth the uograde. I wish i could have the old Spectre again.

Was faulty out of the box. Laptop screen was not properly attached to the housing so fell out when the laptop was opened. Refunded.

Disappointed
Unpacked the box set up the laptop and hit the start button. First thing Blue error message do not use or you may damage the device. What can I say? What happened to HPs reputation for high quality, where was the testing before shipping to the customer. After contacting support which was quite polite and helpful, could not resolve the major defect, eventually had to say goodbye and send it off to repair. I'm yet to use it. For the price and after having had a few HPs I'd have to think again now.

Faulty
The laptop USB A port keeps failing when I'm taking calls. I have tested my docking station on two different machines and the docking station is working fine. I had a call with HP Support yesterday and did some windows update but that hasn't fixed the problem. Case Number 5068433769
