Located in Singapore and encouraging innovation across Greater Asia, HP Garage 2.0 is a dynamic incubator aiming to empower startups to turn ideas into relevant and impactful solutions, under HP’s guidance. We accept applications on a rolling basis and we support startups aligned with our current innovation priorities in Artificial Intelligence, sustainability, and next-generation technology.

Michael Boyle 
Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Greater Asia
As Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Greater Asia, Mike leads all aspects of HP’s go-to-market strategy, growth and profitability across Korea, Japan, South-East Asia and ANZ. His responsibilities span the breath of HP’s portfolio of products and services, driving growth with HP’s partners and customers across both emerging and advanced economies.
Most recently, Mike was Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Central & Eastern Europe, overseeing 32 countries before moving back to Asia. Prior to that, Mike was the Senior Vice President of Large Format Go-to-Market worldwide, leading the sales strategy, execution, and overall financial performance of HP’s Large Format print business.
Mike was the Managing Director for HP Inc’s Australia & New Zealand business. In this role, he led a team of technologists across Australia and New Zealand and was responsible for the overall P&L and go-to-market execution.
Mike has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the print and technology industries. Mike’s first role at HP was Vice President & General Manager of HP’s Graphics Solutions Business in Asia Pacific and Japan, where his focus was on delivering innovation to help partners and customers transition from analogue to digital printing and finding new creative solutions to business opportunities.
Prior to joining HP, Mike held various local and international positions in the print industry at Canon and Océ in Europe and Asia across marketing, sales and business unit leadership, and has a strong track record of market development and customer enablement of new technology. Mike is passionate about driving an inclusive and supportive culture in the workplace.
Mike holds a Master of Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Technology Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Sydney along with a Bachelor of Secondary Education from Canberra University.
Sherine Lee
Vice President of Finance and Controllership, Greater Asia
Sherine Lee is a high energy finance executive with 20 years of progressive international experience across both emerging and mature markets. A trusted advisor to highest level of executive management, she has a proven record of leveraging cross functional relationships to streamline operations, manage change and organize for growth. Sherine brings in-depth experience in public accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis and P&L management.
Samir Shah
Vice President and Head of Personal Systems Category, Greater Asia
As an entrepreneur and leader managing HP Personal Systems in the Greater Asia region, Samir Shah is dedicated to inspiring excellence by delivering outstanding business results, developing high-performance teams, and nurturing the growth of future leaders. He brings extensive knowledge of both emerging and developed markets, deep experience in category management and brand innovation, and expertise in building go-to-market assets and leading high-performance organizations.
Paul Gracey
Vice President and Head of Print Category,
Greater Asia
A seasoned executive, that thrives on growing businesses, leading transformation and driving innovation, Paul Gracey brings a passion for harnessing technology to create sustainable, inclusive, and impactful business outcomes. Paul is focused on growing business, having turned around businesses from decline to growth, achieving over $1 billion in sales. He has also successfully launched new businesses across products, services, and subscriptions.
Amit Mangwani
Head of AI Strategy and Partnerships, Greater Asia
Amit Mangwani is a technology leader with over two decades of experience driving growth, innovation, and transformation across the technology ecosystem. Currently serving as Head of AI Strategy & Partnerships, Greater Asia at HP Inc., Amit leads strategic partnerships that power HP’s vision of AI-driven computing and ecosystem innovation.
He spearheads collaborations with global technology partners, ISVs, and AI startups to accelerate adoption of AI PCs, next-gen software solutions, and edge innovation-enabling organizations to transform how they work, create, and compute in the AI era.
With deep expertise spanning Computing, Semiconductors, Software, and Professional Services, Amit has successfully built and scaled alliance-driven business models across Asia, empowering HP and its partners to achieve market expansion, joint GTM success, and ecosystem impact.
A passionate advocate of digital-first ecosystems, Amit champions emerging technologies like AI at the Edge, Digital Twins, Metaverse, AR/VR, Robotics, Computer Vision, and Interactive 3D, driving their convergence across industries-from gaming to enterprise applications.
Beyond partnerships, he is known for fostering innovation-led growth, mentoring AI startups, and enabling co-creation between enterprises, academia, and the broader tech ecosystem to build sustainable, future-ready solutions.
Kay Pang
Expertise: Startups, Legal, Marketing, Sales
Kay Pang is an Independent Director and Lawyer with over 25 years of experience advising technology companies and startups. She is CEO of Kay Pang Law Practice LLC, specialising in technology law, risk mitigation, and governance.
Kay supports founders on shareholders‘ and founders‘ agreements, SAFEs, and fundraising structures, alongside regulatory and compliance strategies. With senior leadership experience at Hewlett Packard, Schneider Electric, VMware-Broadcom, and Cloudera, she mentors startups to balance innovation with strong legal foundations for sustainable growth.
Jonny Wood
Expertise: Product, Startups, Innovation
Jonny Wood is an innovation strategist with 20 years of experience experience helping global companies and emerging ventures design for the future. Based in Singapore, he leads Off Map Studio, working at the intersection of strategy and experimentation. Jonny has guided Fortune 500s and startups alike - from leading global innovation teams at Dell, to driving corporate-startup partnerships, to partnering with and mentoring a range of startups across Asia-Pacific.
His expertise lies in making the uncertain practical: turning signals of change into actionable strategies, helping teams translate vision into roadmaps, and building the "future muscle" that startups need to scale. Within HP Garage 2.0, Jonny’s guidance will be invaluable in shaping founder journeys, challenging assumptions, and enabling bold innovation that endures as they move from 0 to 1 and beyond.
Anuradha M Agarwal
Expertise: Marketing
Anuradha M Agarwal is the Founder of WeThinkNorth (WTN), a digital marketing agency operating in India and Singapore, working with global MNCs and ambitious startups to design human-centered brand strategies. With over a decade of experience in brand building, communication, and growth marketing, she has led campaigns for 60+ clients across industries. She is now focused on scaling WTN across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Alongside her entrepreneurial journey, Anuradha has built a strong speaking and mentoring portfolio. She has been a TEDx Speaker (2023), keynote speaker at leadership and marketing forums, and a mentor with Shenomics. She has conducted sessions at institutions such as Symbiosis Centre of Media and Communication, Jindal Business School, and various accelerator programs. Her engagements also include mentoring sessions with HSBC, judging student competitions at Delhi University, and speaking at forums on women in business and leadership.
Recognized among India"s top three marketers under 30 (Young Lions 2018 & 2019, Young Spikes 2018), she has also been awarded Communications Leader of the Year (2020) and featured in Business Mint"s 30 under 30 in Marketing & Advertising (2021). Most recently, her team was recognized by Wipro for outstanding creative branding and video work.
Anuradha holds an M.Sc. in Communications and Entrepreneurship from the University of Nottingham. Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and social entrepreneurship, she believes that "creativity without execution is just hallucination" " a principle that defines her approach to both business and mentorship.
Jamshed Wadia
Expertise: Product, Go-To-Market, Startups, AI, Marketing, Sales
Jamshed is an independent consultant to brands and agencies, offering marketing and communications solutions to address their business challenges. Jamshed also serves as a startup mentor affiliated with accelerators like TASMU (Qatar) and Eduspaze (Singapore). His areas of mentorship include AI strategy and deployment, product development, user experience, advertising, and global brand creation.
As an agile and adaptable professional, Jamshed has thrived, succeeded, and accomplished many milestones during his tenure at Intel and Edelman. At Intel, he has established Marketing Centres of Excellence, Led Digital Transformation and Digital Marketing, Managed Global Sales Accounts, and executed Product management and Pre-Sales functions. At Edelman, he led the digital practice for Asia, which entailed owning the business unit’s, creating digital products and solutions for their clients, managing digital talent, building and scaling digital capabilities, and providing a point of view on digital trends to the industry at large. He also led Edelman APAC's enablement of artificial intelligence tools and processes.
Jamshed is a guest lecturer at several prestigious universities and is frequently invited to speak about AI, marketing, digital transformation, careers and leadership at key industry events. Jamshed is Passionate about building inclusive, high-performing organisations to drive sustainable growth. He currently serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Asia CMO Council and served as Chair of the Chief Digital Officer Forum (Asia Pacific) for the World Federation of Advertisers from 2015 to 2018.

She has taken retail and edtech businesses from concept to launch, led AI feature development in both B2C and B2B environments, and continues to build and scale new products from 0 to 1.
Sudeepta specializes in helping startups refine their product strategy, design effective go-to-market plans, and apply AI and emerging technologies to build meaningful solutions. As a mentor at HP Garage 2.0, she brings entrepreneurial grit and product-building expertise to support early-stage founders in turning bold ideas into scalable businesses.
Luis Arturo Rojas Broca

Leader with deep expertise in digital transformation, enterprise adoption and strategic partnerships. Recognised for guiding organisations through complex change, driving long-term client value and building trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
Combines a consultative approach with strong business acumen to deliver sustainable growth, retention and innovation across global enterprises, with a proven track record in AI governance strategy, change management, and implementing CRM best practices to achieve business objectives.
Dhananjay Garg
Expertise: Product, Design
Dhananjay Garg is a Lead Product Designer with 14+ years of experience building design systems and innovative products across global markets. Beyond his hands-on work in B2C and B2B SaaS, he is a passionate mentor dedicated to developing the next generation of designers and products in the AI & Saas space.
A prolific writer on design, product management, and user research, Dhananjay has published over 200 articles on Medium and LinkedIn, solidifying his role as a thought leader in the industry. His expertise is rooted in systems thinking, delivering end-to-end user flows, and leveraging data for measurable business impact. He excels at creating robust, atomic design systems and leveraging user research to guide end-to-end product flows in complex organizations. His creative versatility extends to brand identity, including past projects designing brand guidelines and logos for organizations such as the Laboratory of Cell Stress & Immunity (KU Leuven), HeroCash (Delivery Hero), and Wynk Music (Airtel).
Arun Puri

Arun is a strategic thinker with a restless curiosity, known for engaging multiple streams of work in parallel and distilling clarity from complexity. His strength lies in balancing structure with flexibility.
He values governance and discipline but treats them as directional tools rather than rigid rules. Colleagues recognize his precision in communication, his ability to refine narratives, and his creative instinct for originality, making him equally adept at analytical problem-solving and innovative framing.
Michael Petric
Expertise: Go-To-Market, Marketing, Defense, Aerospace, Consulting firms and professional services business models
Mike is a defence and security professional with 15+years' experience across consulting, government, and military service. Based in Singapore, Mike recently founded and is scaling PerceptX Inc. PerceptX is a consulting firm that focuses on creating opportunities between Indo-Pacific countries and North America. He is passionate about helping governments and companies accelerate capability delivery and adopt emerging technologies.
He was most recently a Senior Principal at Oliver Wyman and previously founded and grew Avascent’s Canadian office, advising leaders on aerospace, defence, and dual-use technology strategies. Mike has led 100+ engagements on procurement, market entry, and industrial participation. Earlier in his career he deployed to Afghanistan as an infantry officer, where he received the Canadian Expeditionary Force Command Commendation. As a civilian, he also served as Senior Policy Advisor to two of Canada"s Ministers of National Defence.
He holds an MA in International Affairs, an MBA from IE University (Madrid), and is a certified PMP and licensed pilot.
Ayan Sircar

Ayan Sircar is a product and technology leader with over a decade of experience building enterprise SaaS and AI products end-to-end, from vision and roadmap design to development, monetization, and localized go-to-market. He has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, including HP, to deliver data-driven eCommerce solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Ayan has shipped three AI-powered products from scratch, scaling them across seven markets to generate $1M+ ARR. He has led growth initiatives that doubled revenue by shaping product levers, monetization models, and roadmaps informed by deep user insights and market research. Previously, he guided international launches and global tool rollouts at Lazada (Alibaba) and DHL, and led cross-functional product and R&D teams of 11+ members across Southeast Asia and Europe.
He brings an enterprising mindset, clear communication, and structured thinking to translate complex, ambiguous problems into scalable business outcomes.
