Rated 1 out of 5 by from Printer lost connection to our router and now can't be reconnected. Worked fine for a year -- although I was annoyed that it requires an account and outside access to the net. But after 1 year, it stopped connecting to the router and throws an error, "printer offline." I've wasted hours going through all the suggested methods for connecting it -- all with no luck. The "HP Print and Scan Doctor" can't talk to it either. I bought this printer because I just wanted a small, simple, affordable printer. This one has been a massive disappointment.
