Rated 1 out of 5 by Sarah B from Very frustrating and disappointing Very Frustrating printer. It won't stay connected to the internet. It worked well for awhile and ten went offline. Have spent hours trying to get it up and running again. It really shouldn't be this hard. I just want to plug it into my computer and print. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by DMcQ from Printer lost connection to our router and now can't be reconnected. Worked fine for a year -- although I was annoyed that it requires an account and outside access to the net. But after 1 year, it stopped connecting to the router and throws an error, "printer offline." I've wasted hours going through all the suggested methods for connecting it -- all with no luck. The "HP Print and Scan Doctor" can't talk to it either. I bought this printer because I just wanted a small, simple, affordable printer. This one has been a massive disappointment.
