Do I need to provide my credit card details for redemption?

Future Learn requires a payment method at checkout to redeem the free trial. Cancel anytime before the free trial ends to avoid being charged.

No payment method is required for the other partner subscriptions.

Do the subscriptions have any system requirements or compatibility restrictions?

Most subscriptions are web-based and can be accessed on compatible PCs, mobile devices or supported web browsers.

AI Producer Studio requires an HP AI PC. Look for the AI PC designation on your device or product specifications.

You can also verify whether your PC includes an NPU (Neural Processing Unit) by opening Task Manager or Device Manager in Windows.

Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?

Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

Can I redeem my subscription on an existing account?

Yes.

What is the validity period for my redemption codes?

Redemption codes are valid for 30 days from the purchase date and must be redeemed within this period.

I haven't received my redemption email. What should I do?

Redemption emails are sent within 10 working days of purchase. If you have not received your email after this period, please check your spam or junk folder.

What happens if I don't redeem my redemption code before it expires?

Redemption codes must be redeemed before the expiry date stated in your redemption email. Unfortunately, expired codes cannot be redeemed, so we encourage you to redeem your code as soon as possible.
