Rated 1 out of 5 by from Check Display before buying purchased the FB0052AX model on 8 March 2023 with same CPU and GPU with 8GB RAM.The performance although good the displat has some serious issue.Flickers when the background is of darker shade say grey or black.I have tried contacting HP Support as soon as I noticed,the online support representative said that its a software issue and OS reinstallation is required.After Re-installing the OS the issue still persists.Performed a reset too again no results. also after re-installing the OS the battery is draining pretty quick. HP officials i know you are reading this just replace the laptop and give me a non faulty one or just REFUND the money

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I have bought it on 22 December 2022 and I started facing screen flickering problem on 26th December 2022 and then again on 29th December 2022 .Then I used hp help support assistant on 26 december then the virtual agent told me that it's an hardware issue and then I used hp help support what's app on 30 I shared them a video of screen flickering and they told me that it may be a software problem and told me to update it.I request hp to please replace my laptop otherwise give me refund.
