However, the HP Smart software provided does not work on the Mac and causes the Chrome browser to crash. Advice from HP online suggests not to use the software! This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed.

There are no major hardware and software differences between HP Smart Tank 670 and, 675 All- in one printers beside color schemes, however a special offer is currently running for HP Smart Tank 675 Wi Fi Duplexer All-in-One Printer, wherein for a limited period of time customers can get 1-year extended warranty worth Rs. 5699, for just Rs. 1499. If the printer is not used for a long time, can the ink bottles be removed and how long can they be kept.

Hi, Thank you for choosing HP! We refill the printers with ink bottles and just in case some ink in left in bottles we may store till the time Ink doesn’t expires. But its recommended to refill the printer tank as soon we get to space to fill up the empty container. Thanks HP Support Team
