More than 5 keys stop working in a month Worst Purchase!!!!Not happy with the Purchase! A couple of months ago I bought a laptop x360 from HP and to work with it, I bought this KM300F kit thinking that It will work fine at least a few months after I will buy the Omen series KM kit. But exactly after 25 days, the Keys like Caps Lock, #, and a few more stopped working which kind of got me thinking about the quality and service delivered HP.
Really needs them to be fixed on the earliest basis or a replacement of the Product.
But please help me to solve this delicate issue.

Mouse light stopped working after 2 weeks. Keyboard is great.I'm extremely disappointed by how the mouse lights just stopped working. The keyboard on the other hand seems durable and has been functioning well.

DisappointmentI'm very disappointed by this purchase. Got it delivered today evening and what i got was a defective product with a total of 9 keys not working at all. Never expected this from official HP store. I'm attaching the key-test image for your reference. I need a replacement ASAP. But don't you again send me a defective product. If you can't keep up with your standards then repay me and I'll better go for some other brand.

Not satisfied with the mouse.I bought the keyboard and mouse combo around 15 days ago. everything was working fine and suddenly a few days ago the mouse lighting stopped working. It works fine but the light doesn't works which are kind of weird.
The keyboard light is still working and functioning well.
I am completely satisfied with the keyboard, but the mouse finishing feels cheap and acts as a fingerprint magnet.

Nice product but braided cable would be betterKeyboard is nice, accurate feedback from the keys. Would be better if you have provided braided cables. Right now it doesn't assure regarding the cable durability
