Drivers available in their website is also not working . Even the HP technical people could not fix it. so Want to sell it but nobody is interested. never buy any such printer. total waste of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bhanu Prakash M from Poor output, wireless printing is painful Hello - I purchased this printer (HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2700) more than a year ago in good faith. I had a HP printer earlier and I went for this wifi printer as a replacement based on what was listed by HP. Issues It doesn't connect to wifi easily, it's always a struggle When it connects and prints, the print output is not what is claimed by HP. I'm shocked actually at the print output because of which we hardly use it. It has become a white elephant in the house. Can you exchange this printer if above issues cannot be fixed. I have two kids in 11th and 12th grades and hence have a lot of printing requirements. Pls look into this ASAP

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lats from Printer has not worked from the day it arrived I bought this printer from the HP website and it has not worked since the day i received it .I was unable to install the printer cartridges as the Balck printer cartridge sent with the computer was faulty. Despite following the systems of raising a complaint etc, the resolution given to me was to arrange a replacement of the printer cartridge at my own expense and inconvenience, which is completely unsatisfactory given it was a new printer and the was the cartridge that came in the box. One month on I have still not received a solution from HP despite many phone calls etc to 'customer care' .

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Below Average Printer Well its unfortunate that the printing technology is still the same as it was in the year 2001 while I was studying and got my first HP Deskjet Printer. I had the similar HP Deskjet printer back then and I expected the technology to improve over last 20 years however some MNC's seem to have stopped investing in R&D. Coming back to the printer, the print quality is pretty average for today, my color cartridge was empty in less than 45 prints. Black is less than half after 32 prints and all this while keeping the quality of print at normal print quality. I doubt what HP claims about the number of copies it can print in one cartridge is true, it is not even close. I have tried Scanning and Copying, these functions work well as expected, wifi function also works well. I am yet to try print from anywhere, photo quality print and scan to email features. Initial experience of the printer is not very convincing, I expected a better print quality and better cartridge life. Giving 3 star only because of the functions like Color Scanning / Color copying and wifi capabilities. Stay away from this printer is possible.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Prashant Sagare from Printing Cost and Response Time of HP 2778 We believe in HP. I am using HP DeskJet Color Printer since 1991. Old Products were good. But for HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2778 All-in-One Printer (showing as 2700 in driver) may be due to some reasons, New Pack of Color Ink bottle is finished with blue color with 2-3 printouts of photographs. OR Blue Color ink had a problem in printing. We visited local HP Store for support but no proper response. Hence, purchased new color ink bottle. Later I started printing with DRAFT Mode. Even though, with 30-40 pages of BLACK Color, in Draft Mode, Black Color ink is finished. Result is, Printing is Too Costly. Also, Wi-Fi connectivity and Response Time of the Printer is Not Good. Downloaded HP App, Tried to connect through Wi-Fi, but not getting connected. And procedure is not smooth. Hence, request HP - can they change the Model of the printer for me ? with less costing of printing and proper response time ? Thanks. Besides, we believe in HP.
