Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Product Quality - Home Users to avoid buying HP Product As a customer who purchased the HP 206A Magenta Original LaserJet Toner Cartridge from www.hp.com on the hp.com portal, I would like to share my thoughts on the product. The online purchase and delivery process was smooth, and the product was delivered before the committed time. However, I was disappointed with the product quality because after installing the printer's toner, the color mixing stopped working. The printer's event log gave me error codes 54.1400, Color Plane registration sensor error, and 54.1102 Error Code Magenta Density Range Error. Additionally, I needed better support from HP's support team. My case, 5115698555, is still open, and I was asked to carry the toner to HP's partner office to verify the toner functionality issue. This was an inconvenience, and I hope HP can improve its support process in the future. Overall, I would NOT RECOMMEND this product based on my experience, and I hope HP can improve the quality of its toner cartridges. THIS IS MY SECOND EXPERIENCE.
