Make it available in store, provide more warentyKindly make it available also in store I was searching for the correct batteries for more than month , 90 days is a very less warenty for the premium paid. Many older batteries cost significantly less (1/3rd) for similar size. Technician must bring the spare in original package and not in a loose polythene. Lot of calls required for confirmation about the spare details and it's availability as the quote was provided generic additional comments should be available detailing spareno and warenty details.

Genuine part delivered but need to work on order managementYou should be prepared to keep following up with HP customer care. Many service providers are involved in the transaction and there is no coordination amongst them. Ordering to invoicing process is complicated, however product genuineness is ensured.

Battery replacement was chargedI have purchased a HP pavilion x360 laptop on dated 30/03/2019 and bought a HP extended care pack. The care pack clearly mentions Deliverables as N-CSR battery replace. However I had to pay whole amount for the battery replacement. please clarify the same.
