Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Specs, Average Screen, Expectations were High Amazing build quality and premium metal finish (not screen/lid). It will feel strong once you hold it in your hands. The display isn't that worth it, it is just a 1080p FHD display and texts are not that crisp. The panel should have been QHD and 165Hz like the 16-b370TX variant. Also, I had to calibrate the display (especially gamma) to make it color vibrant. Keyboard keys should have given individual color control rather than 3 zonal, also the keys don't illuminate since they are opaque except the letters on them. Omen app and RGB control have to evolve. Some people are complaining device is slow and speakers crackle when connected to the charger I too faced it - this is probably because you have not pushed the charger pin hard enough inside the port. Performance-wise laptop nails its promised cooling, better refresh rate, good battery backup. For this price, you might get an MSI pulse with a better screen, but I doubt the built quality and thunderbolt support of this laptop you will miss there.

I bought this laptop 20 days ago, it got a touchpad issue, hp replaced it, the replaced one had screen flickering issue, but this time we got too fed up with this laptop and the engineer who came to examine this thing, so in the end we had to refund it. The service, product and the way of talking of the service guy was bad. Faith in HP is gone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not satisfied I bought this a month ago and the next day there was hardware issue with trackpad. I do not intent to discourage people from buying this product through this review. It's worth a go and the specs are so good at this rate. Mine had a hardware defect. That's some unfortune of me. I returned the product to HP and asked for replacement but the stock was over by then. But HP was quick enough to refund me the full amount.
