Rated 1 out of 5 by NaveenHP from VERY PAINFUL EXPERIENCE It does not work with Mac OS, without having to connect with windows, reset the "wifi password" of the printer. The default password is NOT written anywhere in the documentation provided with the printer. I had to contact the customer service, spent almost 2 hrs just to get the default password. Then borrowed windows laptop from a neighbor, reset the printer using HP app, and connect to the windows and MacBook. It's too early to make comments on printer's performance yet, but I already have a feeling that I made a mistake by wasting so much money on this device.

It appears to be very delicate, contrary to the paper tray used by us in your other HP printer models. The Wifi is not getting connected to my Android phone for direct-wifi printing.
