Rated 5 out of 5 by from essential, specially if kids also will be using it I purchased it and had to use it within two months. Screen was broken and HP fixed it with no cost to me and all done at home. Though had to do bit of a follow ups and explaining, unnecessary want of documents despite every thing registered online with HP. Claim was even rejected once without providing any reason thereof. However, eventually al done.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pathetic experience First of all, I was not much interested in Onsite Accidental Damage Protection package, but received an email from HP, so thought of trying for the same. After making a payment in Website, they took 2 weeks to get in touch with me and were asking me purchase invoice for the Laptop, which was bought a couple of years ago and in my opinion it was not fair. Although I was not able to provide purchase invoice, still provided them care pack document that I received from HP, which had all the details about my Laptop. Still they rejected my order and money came back to my credit card after a week. Whole experience was pathetic to sum up! Now I have even unsubscribed from HP Newsletter providing offers, because it did cost so much amount of time and efforts with the previous order.
