This is not the standard I expect from HP. If you can't replace with a better bag to protect my "Spectre" 14" laptop, then send a payed return label and refund.

The bag is actually even better quality than I expected for the price. Bought for any odd occasion where my laptop might need to be packed away for any unforeseen reason.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Its quite small but having said that its exactly what i wanted and needed, i have a chunkier one that opens side, but i wanted a top opening one and this is perfect for that. Cant fit a lot of extra things but I wanted a fairly streamlined bag, that i could carry or put over my shoulder and this does all that.
