Considering this is a B&O sound system, it's a little disappointing. I am yet to contact the support department. Hope it can be solved without having to exchange or return.

The set up is self explanatory, and the size, touch screen and minimal profile of the keys are very well designed! A great purchase, and the free trial of the office suite is a nice touch to ensure you are on board and operating asap.

Hi, The HP ENVY x360 2-in-1 Laptop 13-bf0050TU doesn't come with a pen. Moreover, the HP MPP 1.51 Pen is the correct model of the pen that is compatible with this laptop.
