Considering this is a B&O sound system, it's a little disappointing. I am yet to contact the support department. Hope it can be solved without having to exchange or return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing little gem! While the size is unassuming, this laptop *packs a punch* in terms of operating system and speed. The set up is self explanatory, and the size, touch screen and minimal profile of the keys are very well designed! A great purchase, and the free trial of the office suite is a nice touch to ensure you are on board and operating asap.

Hi, The HP ENVY x360 2-in-1 Laptop 13-bf0050TU doesn't come with a pen. Moreover, the HP MPP 1.51 Pen is the correct model of the pen that is compatible with this laptop.
