Does Price Guarantee apply to other retailers?

No, Price Guarantee only applies to products purchased from the HP AU Online Store.

Does Price Guarantee apply only to products with the same model numbers?

Yes, the product model numbers (SKUs) must be identical in order to apply Price Guarantee. This applies to all categories of products, including Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Monitors and Accessories.

Are there any exclusions to Price Guarantee?

The following exclusions apply:

  • Minimum refund value must be $10 or greater
  • Maximum order value of $5,000 or less (inclusive of GST)
  • Price reductions must occur within 21 days after the initial order was placed
  • Products must be purchased on or after 1 Aug 2023

The following does not apply:

  • Third-party promotions, paid membership/ loyalty programs
  • Wholesale or commercial quantities
  • Out of stock products
  • Trade-in promotions
  • Shipping charges
  • Pricing errors
  • Bundle offers

How will I be refunded if I have purchased using a third-party finance provider, eg. PayPal?

The funds will be credited to your bank account via the third-party finance provider. If you have any questions about this, please contact the third-party finance provider.

Can I apply a coupon after Price Guarantee is applied?

No, you cannot apply coupons on top of a Price Guarantee offer. Prices after applying Price Guarantee are final.

Terms and conditions

Price Match and Price Guarantee requests can be made either by phone or via email. However, they are subject to validation and approval by HP AU Online Store.

Each customer can make an unlimited number of Price Match and Price Guarantee requests. However, each request can only reference one (1) product at a time.

HP reserves the right to change, cancel or supplement the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time, and may cancel, terminate or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice.

In case of any disputes arising from this promotion, HP reserves the final and binding right of decision.
