I have contacted customer service and tech support and they have done nothing except mark the request as resolved. I would not buy through HP directly ever again

Hey Jane, HP MPP 1.51 Pen is not compatible with HP ENVY x360 Convert 13-bd0052TU (2J9L0PA). Compatible stylus with your laptop is the HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen (3J123AA/3J122AA).
