1. By entering the Prizes Draw you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (Prizes Draw end date is 28th February 2025 inclusive).
2. The Prizes Draw is conducted by HP PPS Australia Pty Ltd ABN 16 6034 806 28.
Eligibility to enter:
3. The Prizes Draw is open to new and current students at the University of NSW only.
4. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
5. To enter the Prize(s) Draw the entrant must:
a. Complete the Student Registration and Competition Entry Request form, ensuring all required information is filled out using the links in item 7(a).
b. Visit the HP Student Store (https://www.hp.com/au-en/shop/student/macquarie-uni)
a. Sign up to the HP Student Store (complete a new account setup).
c. OR Login to the HP Student Store (existing accounts).
How to enter
6. The prize draw will include those who submit their entries from 17th February 2025, 00:01 AEST to 28th February 2025 23:59 AEST inclusive. Entries before or after these time and date will not be considered eligible and will not be included in the draw.
7. To enter the Prize(s) Draw, the entrant must:

9. The winner will be drawn at random.
10. The winner may only win one (1) prize
11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
12. HP PPS Australia reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
13. The decision of HP PPS Australia regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement
15. The winner may be notified after 28th February 2025 via the email or mobile phone provided during Sign up or Login.
16. HP PPS Australia will attempt to contact the winner by email or mobile phone up to three times.
17. If the winner does not respond to the emails or mobile phone calls notifying them of their win within 14 days of the third attempt, they will lose their right to the prize(s), and HP PPS Australia reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
18. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of the prize(s) or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
Data protection and publicity
19. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the Prizes Draw being used by HP PPS Australia for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.
20. The winner agrees to the release of their first name; first initial of their surname and place of work that may be posted on a HP online site for the purposes of the Prizes Draw and due diligence and transparency.
21. An announcement of the winner’s first name; first initial of their surname and place of work may be made via a HP online site.
22. All personal information shall be used in accordance with HP Privacy Statement Australia.
Limitation of Liability
23. HP PPS Australia does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants because of either participating in the Prizes Draw or being selected for a prize.
24. HP PPS Australia does not provide any form of practical or IT support for these prize(s). On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize(s) winner.
General
25. HP PPS Australia reserves the right to cancel the Prizes Draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
26. The Prizes Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian Consumer Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
