Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP back up is the best did not stert well,could not get it to work after set up.rang the help line & after a short while the guy got it up & running [mind you I am a thick 80 year old] since then have used the printer half a dozen times & it does what you expect a printer to do,we dont use it often,but it works well
