Rated 3 out of 5 by from HP83A Toner Product arrived safely but unfortunately, was not able to track delivery as every time I checked, I received message to say "tracking temporarily unavailable". I needed to replace toner quite urgently and I ended up having to purchase another 1 from a local supplier!! Also, I did not manage to get the 5% discount voucher offered to new sign up for your newsletter which I did prior to making my purchase, but somehow or rather, did not receive the email until after my purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I will never think again to Buy-Online I have purchased toner thru HP online regularly. Recently I encounter a not happy issue regarding promotion offers. The promotion seen not easy to redeem.I personally feel too many obstacle to reach the redemption free vouchers stage.
