Lores
President & Chief Executive Officer
Enrique Lores is the President and CEO of HP Inc., a global technology leader and creator of solutions that enable people to bring their ideas to life and connect to the things that matter most. Based in Palo Alto, California and operating in more than 170 countries, HP delivers a wide range of innovative and sustainable devices, services and subscriptions for personal computing, printing, 3D printing, hybrid work, gaming, and more.
Enrique became CEO in November 2019 and is driving a bold strategy to position HP for the future, focusing on building a more growth-oriented portfolio, becoming a more digital company, and making the company the leading place for talent development.
During his more than 30-year career at HP, Enrique has held senior leadership positions spanning HP’s Personal Systems, Print, Industrial, and Services businesses across country, region, and worldwide roles.
As President of the company’s $20 billion Imaging, Printing, & Solutions business, he consistently outperformed the company’s peer set with a focus on differentiated innovation, business model evolution, and strategic M&A —including the company’s acquisition of Samsung’s printer business in 2017.
He was a key architect of the separation of Hewlett-Packard Company in 2015, one of the largest and most complex corporate separations in business history, and he successfully led the Separation Management Office. He was instrumental in transforming HP’s cost structure while simplifying the organization and creating the capacity to invest in innovation to drive profitable top and bottom-line growth.
Other previous leadership roles include GM of HP’s commercial PC business, SVP of worldwide customer support and services, and SVP of worldwide sales and solutions, among others.
Enrique began his career as an HP intern, earning his degree in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and his MBA from Esade Business School. Enrique serves on the Board of Directors for PayPal and on the International Advisory Boards of the Atlantic Council, Esade Business School, San Telmo Business School, and Silicon Valley Leadership Group. He is also a member of the Business Roundtable, the Welcome.US CEO Council, and the World Economic Forum’s International Business Council and Alliance of CEO Climate Leaders.

Steve Fieler
Chief Financial Officer
Steve Fieler is HP Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of financial operations including accounting, financial planning and analysis, business decision support, tax, audit, treasury and investor engagement.
An HP veteran since 2004, Steve most recently led Treasury and Corporate Finance functions responsible for managing cash, debt, risk and capital structure as well as financial planning and analysis, investor relations, credit and collections, and corporate development.
Steve served in a range of finance and operational roles at Hewlett Packard Company prior to the November 2015 separation. He served as CFO for HP Software, VP of Sales Operations, Sr. Director of Marketing Operations, Head of Investor Relations, and Director of Strategy and Corporate Development.
Prior to HP, Steve was in venture finance at Thomas H. Lee Putnam and GE Capital. He began his career at General Electric, rotating through the company’s financial management program.
Steve holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Brown University.

Alex Cho
President, Personal Systems
Alex Cho is the President of the Personal Systems business at HP. As head of the $35 billion business, he leads a global technology portfolio spanning PCs, displays and accessories, services, software, and immersive computing.
Over the course of his career, Alex has led HP’s LaserJet Supplies and Installed Base business globally, driving strategy, development and execution for the multi-billion-dollar printing supplies category. He has also served as Vice President for LaserJet Printers and Supplies in the Americas region, and worked in Europe managing HP’s Software Management Services category.
Alex holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering and Industrial Management from Stanford University.
Alex is based in Palo Alto, California, with his wife and four children.
Tuan Tran
President of Imaging, Printing & Solutions
Tuan Tran is President of HP Inc. Imaging, Printing & Solutions, a $20 billion business spanning global services, software, and hardware to meet needs across home, office and graphics markets. As head of the global business unit, Tuan is leading the transformation of HP’s Printing Solutions and Services business.
Most recently Tuan was the Global Head & General Manager of the Office Printing Solutions Organization, where he was responsible for the overall business, including defining product roadmaps, end-to-end product development, and business execution worldwide. His scope encompassed working with partners to engineer the world’s most reliable office printing experiences including driving the HP Toner supplies business and building industry-leading solutions like the world’s most secured printers. Tuan also played an instrumental role in the acquisition of Samsung Printing and led key global relationships for HP.
Tuan joined HP in 1991 and has held a variety of senior leadership positions in marketing, finance and operations across the LaserJet Hardware & Technology Organization, Consumer Business Organization, Mobile Computing Division and the Business Printing Division in Singapore. As one of the original members of the Mobile Computing team, he was highly involved in building a successful notebook business for HP.
Tuan holds bachelor’s degrees from both the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Oregon. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration in marketing, finance, and operations from the University of Oregon.
He is based in Vancouver, Washington.
Ramon Pastor
Interim President, 3D Printing and Digital Manufacturing
Ramon Pastor is the Interim President for 3D Printing and Digital Manufacturing, leading HP’s efforts to accelerate the 4th Industrial Revolution and digitally transform manufacturing.
Ramon is also the General Manager for HP’s Barcelona campus.
Ramon joined HP in 1992. Since then he has held numerous executive positions across Operations, R&D, Marketing, and Business Management.
Ramon holds a Masters in Engineering from Universitat Politècnica of Catalunya (UPC), a Business Degree from IESE in Barcelona, and a Bachelors in Arts, as well as formal training in Product Development and Strategy by INSEAD and MIT.

Dave
McQuarrie
Chief Commercial Officer
Dave McQuarrie serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at HP, accountable for all aspects of sales, go-to-market and revenue and margin generation on a global scale. The Commercial Organization is structured across eight geographic markets and eight global teams, spanning Global Channel, Digital Go-to-Market, Global Services & Solutions, Global End User Sales, Large Format, Sales Operations and MADO (Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Outsourcing).
Dave brings a breadth of leadership experience to the Chief Commercial Officer role from across the IT industry. He is a strong, customer-focused and data-driven leader who has built an impressive track record of results since joining HP in 2017. A native of Australia, Dave has lived and worked in six countries and brings a diverse set of global experiences to his new role. He is also a purpose-driven leader with a growth mindset and deep commitment to the HP Way, serving as the executive sponsor of the HP disAbilities Impact Network for the past two years.
Prior to his current role, Dave served as the General Manager of the Personal Systems Category, with global responsibility for profit & loss management, product management, sales management, and business planning and operations for both Consumer and Commercial product categories. Previous HP executive roles include Global Head of Customer Support and Global Head of Print Business Management.
Prior to HP, Dave spent nearly a decade at Lenovo where he held business leadership positions across Europe. He also served in sales, marketing and product leadership roles for Dell across Europe and Asia.
He and his family are based in Palo Alto.
Ernest
Nicolas
Chief Supply Chain Officer
Ernest Nicolas is the Chief Supply Chain Officer for HP Inc., whose global supply chain delivers more than 100 million products to customers each year through a sophisticated network of HP and ODM factories, logistics providers, and other valued partners. As Chief Supply Chain Officer, Ernest also drives the social and environmental sustainability efforts tied directly to HP’s global reputation and business growth.
Ernest joined HP in 2022, bringing more than 25 years of global experience in end-to-end, integrated supply chain functions. His experience includes industrial engineering, production management, and supply chain planning with General Motors, where he was awarded the General Motors Graduate Fellowship to pursue full-time graduate study. In 2006 he joined Rockwell Automation, serving in Lean Six Sigma project management, supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, strategic sourcing, logistics as well as customer service functions in North America and Asia before being named Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer in 2019.
He serves on the Board of Directors for Avient Corporation and is an Advisory Board member for Wahl Clipper Corporation. A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Ernest is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), an organization focused on advancing and preparing the next generation of diverse corporate leaders. He is also an Executive Advisory Board member for the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business’s Supply Chain Management program.
Ernest grew up in the southern suburbs of Chicago and is married with two children. He holds an MBA in Operations Management and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University.

Kristen
Ludgate
Chief People Officer
Kristen Ludgate is Chief People Officer at HP Inc. She leads the company’s talent and culture strategy and its global Human Resources function, including workforce and organization effectiveness, total rewards, talent acquisition, people and leadership development, global diversity, equity and inclusion, employee experience, and HR global operations. She is also a member of the HP Foundation.
Kristen joined HP in July 2021 from 3M, where she was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. As a member of 3M’s executive leadership team, she architected its People and Culture strategy and led enterprise organizational, talent and culture transformation initiatives. She was also President of the 3M Foundation and was responsible for progressing 3M’s DEI, philanthropy, and social justice agenda through innovative new approaches, including formation of the CEO Inclusion Council and the 3M Community Coalition, which brought together local leaders to advance racial equity in the Twin Cities.
Prior to becoming CHRO, Kristen led 3M communications and enterprise services as Senior Vice President, reporting to the CEO, and chaired 3M’s crisis action team. Kristen also served as 3M’s Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, leading a global compliance organization and chairing the 3M business conduct committee. She also held a range of positions in 3M’s legal organization, including Associate General Counsel, Labor and Employment, handling litigation, transactional, and regulatory matters globally. Kristen worked closely with 3M’s board of directors on governance, ESG, executive compensation, compliance, and talent.
Earlier in her career, Kristen was a lawyer in a private practice and served as general counsel for a private university. She is a licensed attorney and a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and Bowdoin College.
Glen Hopkins
Interim CTO and Global Head of HP Labs
Glen Hopkins is HP’s Interim Chief Technology Officer and Global Head of HP Labs. In this role, Glen drives the company’s innovation strategy, new business incubation and the overall technical community.
Glen joined HP in 1985 as a Design & Process Engineer in the Corvallis, Oregon Inkjet Division. Over the next ten years, he progressed through various manufacturing and R&D engineering management jobs in Corvallis including project manager, section manager, and department manager.
In 1996, Glen moved to Singapore where he became the IC Wafer Fab Manager for inkjet print cartridges. Upon return to the United States four years later, Glen became the R&D Commercial Business Lab Manager for inkjet print cartridge design in San Diego, California. Beginning in 2006, Glen managed Printing Technology Platforms for the Print Business Unit and was the GM for the Media Solutions Business. From 2016 – 2019, Glen led the Advanced Technology & Platform Solutions organization and was the Chief Technologist for the HP Print business.
Glen holds bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry from California State University, Chico, and Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University. He also holds a M.S. degree in Physical Chemistry from Oregon State University.

Stella Low
Chief Corporate Affairs & Communications
Officer
Stella Low will join HP Inc. on 1 August 2022, as the company’s Chief Corporate Affairs & Communications Officer. She will be responsible for managing HP’s reputation and brand narrative as one of the world’s most admired companies, and will oversee all internal and external communications, Sustainable Impact Strategy, and the HP Foundation.
With more than three decades of experience in marketing and communications, Stella takes a strategic, multi-channel approach to corporate affairs and communications, delivering impactful stories to employees, customers, analysts, media, and influencers. She has a strong record of creating worldwide campaigns that engage audiences and deliver results that support business objectives.
Stella has a deep background in tech communications, having served in executive leadership roles at several major technology companies where she focused on building global teams, amplifying brands, and enhancing company reputations. She is passionate about leadership and developing world-class, highly motivated teams.
Most recently, Stella was the Head of Global Communications at Apple, and prior to that, led a complete transformation of Cisco’s Global Communications function as SVP and Chief Communications Officer.
Her experience also includes leading Global Communications at EMC and Dell Technologies, where she was instrumental in developing the award-winning communications strategy behind the largest technology merger in IT history. Her work earned her a reputation as an expert in leading communications during times of change, crisis, and sensitivity.
A native of the United Kingdom, she currently resides in the Bay area with her husband, daughter, and three dogs. She is active in her community and is an advocate for heart health awareness and improving cardiovascular health. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Bay Area Division of the American Heart Association and is the 2022 Chair for the nonprofit’s Go Red for Women movement.

Marie
Myers
Chief Financial Officer
Marie Myers is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for HP. In this role, she serves as a strategic advisor to the business and is responsible for all aspects of financial operations including accounting, financial planning and analysis, business decision support, tax, audit, treasury, and investor engagement.
She is a passionate advocate for digital transformation and automation. Prior to being named CFO in February 2021, Marie served as HP’s Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) where she led the company’s IT and Transformation organizations, focusing on delivering cost savings and implementing technologies, tools, and processes needed to advance HP as a digital leader.
Before re-joining HP in 2020, Marie was the CFO at a robotic process automation company where she helped accelerate the adoption of automation.
Marie formerly served as HP’s Global Controller, driving innovative initiatives and business development while spearheading transformational change. She also played a crucial role as Finance Lead for the separation of HP Inc., directing the Finance Operating Model for the world’s largest corporate split.
Marie serves on the Board of Directors of F5 Networks, a global company that specializes in cloud and security application services and on the Board of KLA, a capital equipment company that supplies process control and yield management systems for semiconductor and other related nanoelectronics industries.
She also is committed to education and to helping ensure STEM for Girls and advancing the Digital Agenda in education, serving on the boards of the University of St. Thomas in Houston and the University of Queensland. Marie also is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there.
Marie has been recognized by Women in Computing and was named to the Top 40 under 40 in Finance. She also was chosen as one of the Top 20 Most Powerful Businesswomen in Texas and was recognized by the University of Queensland as its Alumna of the Year. In 2017, she was named HP’s Working Mother of the Year, and in 2018 was selected for Texas Executive Women on the Move, and one of the Top 30 Influential Women of Houston. In 2019, she was recognized as one of Houston Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business in Houston.

Anderson
Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary
Harvey Anderson serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for HP Inc. In this role, Harvey leads the worldwide Global Legal Affairs organization, including all aspects of legal and government affairs, brand security, compliance and ethics.
Harvey Anderson joined HP in June 2017 as Deputy General Counsel, Personal Systems, 3D Printing, Global Functions and Government Relations. Harvey has over 25 years of experience in legal affairs, public policy, corporate/commercial transactions and IP litigation. He has counseled leading global Internet, security, and communications companies in private and public company settings. Prior to joining HP, he served as the Chief Legal Officer of AVG Technologies, and prior to that he spent six years as the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of Mozilla Corporation.
Throughout his career, he has focused on the intersection of complex commercial, legal, and policy issues driven by disruptive technologies. He has held both legal and operating roles leading business affairs, public policy, and product teams. Harvey has been involved in key internet policy issues, including the “Do Not Track” privacy initiative, the SOPA internet protest movement, open web issues, net neutrality, and serving on the FCC’s Open Internet Advisory Committee. Harvey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He is also admitted to the US Patent Bar. He also serves as a board member for Common Sense Media.

Vikrant
Batra
Chief Marketing Officer
Vikrant Batra is the Chief Marketing Officer for HP Inc. Vikrant has more than 20 years of experience in worldwide marketing and advertising across consumer packaged goods, utilities, finance and technology. He is an award-winning creative and marketing strategist and is the architect behind some of HP’s most transformative and thought-provoking campaigns.
Vikrant has held a variety of marketing leadership roles since joining HP in 2010. Most recently he served as Global Head of Marketing for HP’s $20 billion Imaging and Printing business. He is credited with spearheading the business’ shift to emotional storytelling – an approach that is anchored in insights, generates deeper connections with the global communities and drives demand. In this role he led all aspects of worldwide, regional and country marketing. Under his leadership, HP Studios released the “The Wolf,” a breakthrough web-based film series on security starring award-winning actor Christian Slater.
Prior to this he was the global head of marketing for HP’s $30B Personal Systems business where he led end-to-end marketing across PCs, mobility, solutions and services. During his tenure at HP, Vikrant has also led marketing for consumer PCs, commercial printing and corporate advertising & brand.
Vikrant joined HP after a range of senior advertising and marketing agency roles supporting top global brands, At TracyLocke he was a Senior Vice President responsible for managing strategic brand planning, and at the Integer Group, an Omnicom agency, he served as Group Director. He began his career at J. Walter Thompson.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in marketing and advertising management from University of Bombay and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Santi Morera
President, Personalization & Industrialization Business
Santi Morera is the President of HP’s Personalization & Industrialization Business, focused on disrupting categories such as industrial additive manufacturing, accelerating graphics industries to digital, and enabling new business models and solutions for automated, agile, and personalized production at scale.
Prior to this role, Santi was the General Manager & Global Head of HP's Graphics Solutions Business (GSB), responsible for driving overall strategy and financial performance, including the sale, delivery, and servicing of the GSB portfolio, with products ranging from large format printers to digital printing presses, and publishing and personalization solutions, among many others.
Santi is an experienced global leader and, through his more than 30-year HP career, he has held senior leadership positions in HP’s Home Printing Solutions, Inkjet & Printing Solutions, Inkjet Supplies, Large Format Printing, GSB, and Finance organizations in country, regional, and worldwide roles.
Santi joined HP in 1988 as a Financial Analyst for the HP Barcelona Division. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Sciences and an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
Sarabjit Singh
(‘Savi’) Baveja
Chief Strategy & Incubation Officer
President, Personalization & 3D Printing
Sarabjit Singh ('Savi') Baveja is HP’s Chief Strategy & Incubation Officer and President, Personalization & 3D Printing. As a member of the executive leadership team, Savi leads enterprise-wide strategy, corporate development, acquisition integration, strategic investments, and growth acceleration through innovation to unlock long-term value for HP, our customers, and partners.
In these positions, Savi directs HP’s disruptive technology and commercialization strategy to transform industries through new products, services, and business models. This includes a focus on leveraging HP’s microfluidics technology to create disruptive new businesses and applications in the health and wellness space. As President of Personalization & 3D, his focus is on accelerating adoption of disruptive solutions across existing and future markets that position HP as the leading industrial Additive Manufacturing company. Equally, enabling breakthrough applications that transform industries and help people everywhere live heathier lives.
Savi is a proven leader with experience in building successful growth businesses. He formerly served as a Senior Partner and Head of New Business Incubation at Bain & Company, where he honed deep expertise in corporate and growth strategy development, including focal areas of machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), digital disruption, solution capabilities, full potential transformation, and the strategic planning processes. During his three decades at the company, Savi served on the firm’s board of directors, spearheaded multi-year corporate transformations at leading global technology and Internet companies, and extensively researched, wrote, and published studies detailing global macro-trends, as well as innovation, growth, and recession strategies. He also launched and led a breakthrough incubator focused on creating new businesses that disrupt professional services with software.
Savi is the founder of Trooly, a predictive analytics startup, purchased by online hospitality service Airbnb in 2017. He holds an MBA with high distinction as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School. He also holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering with distinction from Stanford University, where he was a Terman Scholar. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Shull
President, Workforce Solutions
Dave Shull is President of HP Workforce Solutions.
As head of this business, he integrates HP’s portfolio of hardware, services, and software to improve employee experiences, provide flexibility, and deliver peace of mind for global organizations.
Joining HP from Poly, where he held the role as President and CEO, Dave brings to HP over 25 years of senior leadership experience in business transformation, complex business partnerships, operations, and corporate development having built, led, and reinvigorated brands including TiVo, Weather Channel and Dish.
Dave serves as board member and advisor to a number of technology start-ups, and also supports a group of charities addressing ultra-poverty.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Oxford University.

Baxter
Chief Digital & Transformation Officer
Greg Baxter serves as HP’s Chief Digital & Transformation Officer where he leads the company’s IT, Digital, Data, and Transformation organizations. In his role, Greg is focused on harnessing disruptive technologies, tools, and processes to help transform HP into a more digitally enabled, customer focused, innovative, and agile company.
Greg is an accomplished global executive, strategist, and technologist with a passion for reinventing and transforming companies and a track record of driving significant growth and value creation. Most recently, he served as Chief Digital Officer at MetLife, where he was responsible for leading digital strategy and platforms, enterprise data and analytics, digital automation, and innovation to transform the company.
Prior to MetLife, Greg was Global Head of Digital at Citi, where he led the company’s digital transformation across businesses and geographies. He was previously a Managing Partner at Booz & Company, where he held leadership roles across the firm’s financial services, public sector, and digital practices. Greg began his career at IBM, where he focused on driving large-scale transformation programs.
He is also an active board member and advisor for fintech, technology and cyber security firms, and has served as an Independent Director at Chatham House (Royal Institute of International Affairs). He actively sponsors STEM programs and supports the Madison Boys and Girls Club.
A native of Australia, Greg is a dual citizen of Australia and the UK. He earned his bachelor’s degree in IT from Monash University and his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Melbourne University.

Jacobs
Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel
Julie Jacobs serves as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for HP Inc. In this role, Julie leads the worldwide Global Legal Affairs organization, including all aspects of legal and government affairs, brand security, compliance and ethics.
Julie is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in the global technology and media industry. She is a business-focused General Counsel and a strategic and analytical thinker and problem solver with extensive experience resolving complex litigation and regulatory matters and advising boards of directors and executive teams. Julie also has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and closing strategic transactions, most notably leading the acquisition of AOL by Verizon in 2015, orchestrating the integration of Yahoo & AOL in 2017 and negotiating the acquisition of Yahoo by Apollo Global Management in 2021.
Prior to HP, Julie was Senior Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Yahoo Inc., a global technology and media company with a dynamic house of brands, including Yahoo (Yahoo Mail, Yahoo.com, Yahoo Finance, Yahoo News and Yahoo Sports) and AOL (AOL Mail and AOL.com). In that role, she was responsible for leading the Legal, Regulatory, Government Relations, Corporate Secretary and Compliance functions for Yahoo following Apollo Global Management's acquisition of Yahoo in September 2021. Prior to this, Julie was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Verizon Media and AOL.
Julie has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
Julie will split her time between Washington D.C. and Palo Alto.
