The estimated trade in value is only an assumption that the old device is in good condition. The actual trade in value is the price for the old device after thorough inspection.

Yes, the trade in price will depend on the device type and actual condition.

Terms & Conditions


  1. The HP Trade in service is a recycling service provided by MRR INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. The description of this event, privacy policy and terms of use also form part of this event method ("Terms"). For detailed terms, please refer to: HP MRR Website. Participation in this event will constitute acceptance of these terms. HP reserves the right to update these terms and all provisions of this campaign at any time
  2. HP will recycle old electronic products after the customer and MRR INTERNATIONAL LIMITED agree on the Trade in value. Once mutually agreed, old electronic products will not be returned;
  3. The instant Trade in price at HP store is only applicable to the immediate purchase of computer products at HP store, excluding any accessories and printers. The customer needs to return the returned product immediately and verify it. If the order price is lower than the trade in price, the balance will not be used or cannot keep it for next use.
  4. All trade in prices are subject to the final evaluation results on the HP MRR Trade-in exclusive website. The valid price of trade in is five days, if the validity period exceeds five days, its trade-in value will not be guaranteed;
  5. Once the relevant device is delivered, the guest will not be able to retrieve any relevant data or other content from the relevant device, SIM card or memory card;
  6. The client is solely responsible for keeping a separate backup copy of any relevant data before Trade-in and clearing or deleting relevant data that is considered personal or confidential. HP and MRR disclaim any responsibility for any security, protection, confidentiality or use of data, SIM cards or memory cards
  7. Data transfer service must be redeemed within 30 days after purchase. Data access may not exceed 10 GB. HP shall not be liable for any errors or omissions resulting from the use or the inability to use of service
  8. This service is only applicable to Hong Kong
  9. HP/MRR reserves the right to revise the details of activities and promotions without prior notice and to make interpretations or rulings for the Exchange
  10. HP reserves the right to finally approve, change, revise, and cancel the content of this event and these terms; if there is any change in the event method and event prizes, the announcement on this event website shall prevail without prior notice.
