Rated 2 out of 5 by Joshua31919 from Microphone crackling and cuts out frequently Microphone randomly cuts out and crackles in use. Only workaround is to have to pull and drag on the microphone wire and attempt to straighten it over and over to try to ensure that it's capturing sound. I use this headset for my job and it's frustrating when the microphone will frequently stop working.
