I love the big clear screen, and the computer is very quick and super responsive. The keyboard is large and backlit which is helpful for an oldie like me. Multiple times contact was made taking hours and receiving different advice most times. Spent more money on usb sticks etc plus borrowing people’s laptops to try and fix the issue.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Laptop but needs more usb and an ethernet port Nice Laptop, good size and large easy to see keys. Backlight would be an asset. Biggest down side is only 2 type A usb ports and one usb c port (not as useful) but no ethernet means that if you want to connect by ethernet cable you need to take up one of the three usb ports. Other than that a nice laptop and if these issues don't affect you it's a good buy.

A bit of a learning curve as I have to become used to Windows 11 as well as some different places for the keys but am finding it a delight to use and am very happy with my purchase. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Windows 11 OS laptop I purchased the HP Laptop 17.3 inch 17-cn3028TU, Silver recently because Microsoft's Windows 10 support is ending soon. I had no option but to buy a Windows 11 OS laptop. A bargain deal from HP's EOFY sales. The laptop has 16gb of RAM and 1TB SSD internal storage with a 17# inch screen. The laptop is super-fast with ample storage. Setting it up was very easy. It migrated all my apps from my old Windows 10 laptop automatically. The Windows 11 OS is slightly different from Windows 10, but I'll get used to it. I am very happy with my purchase, and I would certainly recommend it to anybody.... Hurry up...EOFY sale ends on 30/06/2025

Coming from the last century, I learnt to type on a typewriter, so I need to feel the edges of keys in order to word process without looking at the keys. It's 17" so I'm able to see the work easily. The previous laptop was reliable, and both are visibly sleek in silver.

We had to make up a block to sit under the rear so that the keyboard is more ergonomically accessible. It is difficult to separate the lid and base to lift the lid. The Outlook processor is very clunky and difficult to use compared to the Dell

Could you be more explicit about the extended care packages. I am in a NQ rural area. I need up to 3 years extra cover and would like to be covered for cost of returning a laptop to yourselves for repair. I don't seem to be able to find this option.
