No longer just push one button to copy something, I do a lot of copying for my grand children for colouring in, a few more steps have to be done, but getting used to it. Everything is quite easy to use. Good printer.

This new one looks great and I connected it up as soon as it arrived, but, I was so disappointed in the speed of the printing process. My,old one was three times as fast as the new one which I find very strange, as you would think a model at least five years younger would be ‘new and improved’. Apart from the speed, it looks good and prints well, but I need to patient while waiting for my next new recipe or printed email!

I have some cartridges being delivered for a 6543e and I’m hoping these cartridges also fit the 6500e printer. My printer seems to only print 8 single page copies or 4 double side copies and won’t print any further if I’m printing more than 8 copies so I need to take more time by printing in sections which is a hassle.

I can now be sitting in the loungeroom, click on what I want with my computer and in less than a minute the pages I needed are all done for me.

Not happy with the price per month of the Instant Ink compared to the price on the card inside the packaging. But extremely happy with the speed of delivery of both the printer and the ink cartridges. Customer service was also very good, and sorted out a lot of the installation via remote control.
