Generally good but is a mixed bag for the priceBought to update my 10 year old SSF i7 Elite desk to get Win11.
Generally happy with this unit for my purposes.
✅More compact than the i7
✅Easy to service (Trivial to add 2.5" SSD swapped in from the i7, and a wiFi card)
❌No WiFi/BT included - I had to use a 3rd party card because no HP one could be sourced
❌Performance is only mediocre Overall 38%, CPU 88%, RAM 56%, GRAPHICS 42%/21%, DISK 86%
❌Audio input from Ear/Mic socket on front panel problematic - I had to use 3rd party USB unit
The desktop came bundled with an HP wireless Keyboard and mouse.
❌ Mouse is very basic. Keyboard is compact, seasonably solid but very harsh feel.
The desktop also came bundled with an HP series 5 Pro 524pf monitor
❌ I didn't need the monitor, but the bundle cost less than the Desktop bought by itself.
It is an excellent monitor

HP ELITE SFF 800 G9 Out Of Box Great .. Spares?Ive always purchased Tower PC's for home since I enjoyed the expansion capabilities. So far the Elite 800 G9 has much of this covered and is quiet.
However, I am having trouble finding HP parts to fill these expansion slots e.g. M.2 SSD 2280 tray and heat sink.
1.Can I reuse my old computer monitor with this unit
2.What are the measurements of this unit
