Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP 27 inch All-in-One Desktop PC This desktop, was out of stock when I ordered it. It came in very good time, sooner than HP predicted. Setup was very simple. The sound system is excellent, both play back and recording. One downside, it was very hard to find the correct settings for the power settings, sleep mode etc.I got there in the end!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tidy all in one desktop unit. A very neat design helps this computer look good on the desktop. It boots up quickly and cleanly and after three weeks use my wife tells me it does everything it should quickly, quietly and entirely to her satisfaction. Graphics seem sharp and the built in speakers are quite decent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I find windows 11 very easy to use. Not much different to windows 10. The usb's should be more to the side of the pc. It's hard to reach behind to use the ports. The stand for unit is too loose. My pc sits loose and out of level. This is annoying. The unit comes with mouse and keyboard,but they are not wi-fi. It's 2025.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Impressive Perfortmance After 14 years of service my 24" HP AIO has been laid to rest. The replacement is light years ahead and to date I am impressed with it's performance. It was super easy to connect to the internet and the transfer of data from one to the other was not difficult. It is too early to make a proper assessment but so far so good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great product great desk top had the previous older model was always happy with it so decided to stay with HP only got new due to windows 10 fazing out and also old one was a old system so getting very slow also got at good price direct from HP although earlier in the day the HP ebay store had a super special that I missed out on because I was searching other models and when I went to buy through the ebay store the price had gone up by 500 bucks hence went direct to HP and it was a better price

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Something new hopefully better! I ordered this computer in the middle of June and it only arrived at my stockist on 30th July. Compared to my older computer, the screen is bigger and brighter. The computer takes less space even though screen is bigger and it comes on very quickly. I am an older retiree and it is taking me a while to learn all the ins and outs of HP 27 but I hope to get there soon.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No help Hi. I just got a new HP 27 inch all in one desk top, with Win11. After going through the initial startup, the computer restarted straight to a Bitlocker screen and wants a recovery key. When I try to enter the key code I am not allowed to enter letters, such as a "B". Numbers are accepted, but letters aren't! I've tried getting out of this mess for hours. I can't get beyond the screen because I can't enter the whole code!! I've tried selecting other sign issues, but the repair and reset options don't work. I've turned the computer off, and on, and off and on, to no avail. Every restart opens to the same locked screen. I can't get to a safe startup, startup, or any other helpful screen, period!! Bitlocker has turned my new computer into a lemon Since it's your product, I need you to help fix it, asap! Thanks, I hope. Can i get replacement computer that works on warranty.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great setup, not hearty enough. The unit has several times with around 10 web tabs open and a printer app slowed to a crawl for about 30 seconds maybe a little more and then resumed as normal. Hoping it was a few teething problems.

Questions and Answers

Are any of the components user serviceable/upgradeable? Is the RAM in SODIMMs packaging or soldered to the board? Can the NVME drive be upgraded / changed later on? Thanks

The HP documentation that came with the all in one PC (88A34PA) showed that the monitor stand was adjustable for height. The stand we received is not adjustable for height. We want to get a stand that is adjustable for height
