Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nice product (for Windows) but dismal support If you want to program keystrokes with it but you're on a Mac, don't buy it. It indicates Mac compatibility and also mentions what software to download. So I bought it. It connects fine, you can program basic functions, but it would not program keystrokes. I reached out to customer service, who then asked me to contact technical support. I did so on WhatsApp. I had a series of "I will check on this" and a variant thereof. Got passed from one person to another. Someone finally called me. I explained my problem, she said she'd email me a solution—I was instead asked to go to an Apple service centre. I contemplated on returning the item, but I might end up giving it to a friend on Windows just so this convoluted "service" would end.
