Clean your HP DesignJet printer following the below step by step guide:
1. Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord.
2. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe down the exterior of the printer.
3. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove any dust or debris from the interior of the printer.
4. Use a damp cloth to wipe down the interior of the printer.
5. Use a damp cloth to wipe down the printhead and other components.
6. Use a damp cloth to wipe down the ink cartridges.
7. Use a damp cloth to wipe down the paper feed rollers.
8. Use a damp cloth to wipe down the paper tray.

No, DesignJet and InkJet are not the same. DesignJet is a brand of large-format printers used for printing posters, banners, and other large-format documents. InkJet is a type of printer technology that uses tiny droplets of ink to create an image on paper.
To reset your HP Designjet printer, you will need to power off the printer and then unplug it from the power source. Wait for at least 30 seconds before plugging it back in and powering it on. Once the printer is powered on, press and hold the “Reset” button for at least 10 seconds. This should reset the printer and allow you to use it again.
