How to enroll a new printer to HP Easy Ink

Please follow the instructions for installation below and proceed with the registration.If you prefer not to install the software, you can try to register using manual entry.

1. Power on the printer(s) and connect them to the same network through Wireless or Wired Internet connection
2. Download and install HP Product Detection Tool (HP PDT) after you click "Agree and Start"
3. Select the printer(s) to register

2. WHAT ARE THE BASIC CRITERIA TO ENROLL TO HP EASY INK? +

You must be a resident in Thailand.
Your HP printer must be purchased inside Thailand.
Your HP printer must be listed as eligible printers in order to enroll to HP Easy Ink.
You must have an access to Wi-Fi in order to connect your HP printer for ink monitoring.

3. HOW DO I ENROLL TO HP EASY INK? +

If you don’t have an eligible HP printer for the program:

Purchase any of the eligible HP printers.
Register printer to HP Easy Ink after you complete the purchase.
Log in / Sign up for a HP Account.
Enable your Web Services during printer setup.
Complete enrollment and receive low-on-ink notification.

If you already have an eligible HP printer for the program:

Register your printer by entering your printer's model and serial number.
Log in / Sign up for a HP Account.
Enable Web Services if it was not connected during printer setup.
Complete enrollment and receive low-on-ink notification.

4. IS THERE A FEE TO ENROLL TO HP EASY INK? +

There is no fee to enroll to HP Easy Ink. You will only be charged for the ink or toner that you buy through HP Thailand Store. You will also enjoy free delivery with your orders.

5. HOW DO I UNENROLL FROM HP EASY INK? +

Login to your HP Thailand Store account.
Go to HP Easy Ink Membership Page under My Accounts.
Click on "Unenroll" to unregister all printers.

Note: You will be automatically unenrolled from HP Easy Ink when you have no registered printer(s) that are active.

1 year extended warranty and Starbucks voucher Promo Terms and Conditions:

Promo is valid until April 30, 2023 or while stocks last.
Customers will receive 1 year free extended warranty when they buy selected Smart Tank and Ink Tank Easy Ink eligible printer and successfully enrolled in the Easy Ink program. 1 year extended warranty will be reflected on their purchased unit after 10 working days.
