Rated 2 out of 5 by Dr. Hyatt from Disappointed in the App, cannot rate the printer My challenge is with the companion app, HP Smart, which is unreliable. Sometimes it works, other times it does not, and often shows my printer as offline. As a result, I am unable to scan documents, which is the main reason I bought this expensive product. Trying to get hold of a human being to help me over the phone is equally frustrating.
