This Price Match Policy is limited to one item per customer. It applies to prices offered on the online sites of partners/retailers only. This Price Match Policy is only applicable to Malaysian retailers and the HP Malaysia Official Store.

The following items are excluded from this Price Match Policy:

• Products without “Price Match Available Tag” in the Product Page
• Package deals (e.g. printer and computer bundles)
• Resellers
• Customer special/bespoke orders
• Contract Pricing
• Clearance products or bulk purchase offers
• Price errors or member/club prices
• Flash Deals from certain Marketplaces

Yes, they are included in the calculation. The total sum of the product’s sale price and shipping cost will be used in HP’s determination of the final price match. For example, if the price of the product on a retailer’s website is $100 and shipping costs $5, the final price that HP will match is $105.

All coupons or special discounts will be taken into account in the final price match. For example, if the online retailer is offering a coupon discount of a $10 off the product’s sale price of $100, HP will match the final sale price of $90.

Out of stock products are not eligible for price matching.

No. The HP Malaysia Store does not price match "free gift with purchase" orders. This includes promotions that offer a free voucher/gift card with purchase.

No. The HP Malaysia Store does not match financing offers.

No. The HP Malaysia Store does not match trade-in value or offers on trade-in products.

You can either take advantage of (i) a price match under this Policy or separately, (ii) any coupon or special discount that you have for the HP Malaysia Store, but not both.

The only applicable payment method after an approved price match is Bank Transfer.
