What is the expiration date of the drum?

HP toner cartridges/drums don't have an expiration date. The date printed on the box is the date of manufacture, which is used for internal tracking and to comply with regulations.

Thank you for your question regarding the HP drums and toners. There does tend to be more heat with LaserJet units, but an issue like that should not occur. You will want to contact https://support.hp.com/us-en and see what may be causing that and why it is happening.
